Maida's (short-lived) Day

Last Monday morning was "Maida's day" while I was at summer camp, and she got to go the pool for the morning with Mom and Dad. The girl was a fish in another life, I swear.

Just getting a pep talk from Dad about water safety in the deep end

And off she goes! The girl has no fear.

Sadly, the swimming was cut short because some dark clouds rolled in and it got rather chilly. And poor Maida had been fighting a cold for a couple days, but from what I hear, she was in heaven for about an hour.
