School's Cool

Last week was my first day of "school" for the year (or rather, PDO/"Parents Day Out"), so of course we had to take pictures. I was all game for the photos, until I decided I needed to draw Mom a map of how to get there. 

Here I am in the middle of telling her I'm not taking anymore pictures because I'm drawing my map (emphasis on the "M") 

But I finished my map so we wouldn't get lost, and then Sadie joined in the fun. Contrary to  what everyone thought possible, Sadie and I have become the best of friends (well, she doesn't run away when I pet her now, though she does still growl at me from time to time, but it's a huge improvement from 2 years ago).
