The return of the Parents

Mom and Dad were gone last week in California for some sort of anniversary trip (something about 10 years ...whatever), and while there are no photos of us with GG & D or Mimi and Grandpa from that week, we had a great time. Well, Foster and I had a great time. Maida, on the other hand, missed Mom and Dad so much, I think she cried everyday. Fairly certain the grandparents were just in survival mode and couldn't get out of here fast enough (in their defense, we are A LOT to handle).

So seeing as how this blog is not dedicated to Mom and Dad, I am only going to share a few pics from their trip..

It's impossible to know for sure, but I am told this is them paddle boarding in Santa Barbara.

Dad found the winery named after him.

And they got to go zip lining, which really ticked us off.

The last place they stayed overlooked the ocean, and the first morning they woke up, it was covered in clouds, which actually looks pretty cool.

Then the best part, us welcoming them home :)

Later that weekend, we went to meet Thomas the Train, aka, Foster's best friend. It's hard to tell in this photo because the flash wasn't working, but Foster has the biggest grin on his face. Boy, was he happy to see all those trains.

Family photo op with Thomas

Foster was in train heaven!

That's one happy kid.
