Happy Independence Day to all

While we sit around here waiting for this baby to come, we also celebrated America's birthday (and now pretty officially NOT baby brother's birthday). Our neighborhood organized a parade down our street, so we got our bikes all decked out the night before.

And here comes Maida bringing up the middle

We went around the loop several dozen times

Maida finally zoomed past the other kids her age and pulled ahead

Back at home, Celie and some other friends came over for lunch. Dad grilled ribs for the first time and was really impressed with himself, so while those cooked, Celie drove Maida around in our car.

We played with poppers...

Maida continued her baby obsession with Ella..

and we had some sprinkler time.

Poor Graham continues to be the only little dude (but not for long!), so us big girls like to have some fun with him.
