New holes
A lot has happened in the last few weeks, most of which involves holes in some way...
First up, was the holes Maida put in her ears. Yep, that's right, the girl got her ears pierced. Mom said she could after she turned 5, and she's talked about not much else since then (and was driving Mom nuts), but could never pull the trigger. So finally one Sunday Mom told Maida we were doing it. We spent a good hour and a half at Claire's before Maida could work up the nerve, and she didn't seem to happy about it either.
My holes on the other hand, are in my mouth. Two big holes to be exact.

But luckily the tears stopped immediately and was followed by the pure joy of having her ears pierced (finally).

Meanwhile the newest member of our family just keeps getting bigger...probably pushing 55-60lbs. these days I would guess (because I can no longer even come close to being able to pick him up).
And he's been working on some holes of his own - specifically in our rug, the stairs, the baseboards. Pretty much anywhere you wouldn't want a hole. It's a good thing he's super cute or Mom might have kicked him to the curb by now.
Next up, the giant donut (with a hole in the middle...get it now?!) that we got Mom for Mother's Day.
And lastly, this does not in any way go along with the hole theme, but it was just a seriously hilarious photo of Fossie and his 20 bandaids, because...why not?? (and yes, he's STILL in diapers).
