Catching up

A lot has happened in the last month! First a quick recap, since we skipped Halloween.

Ok, moving on...I ran my first 5K, but there is no photo to prove this happened.

Dad continues to be our at-home plumber.

This year we opted for a less traditional version of the Nutcracker (the Hip Hop Nutcracker) with some friends and had a blast

And then ... we headed to Mexico! That's right folks, we haven't been there ever as a family of five. The last time we went, I was 18 months old, and Dad and I both got sick, so Dad swore off Mexico forever. It took him almost 7 years to let that one go...but we made it!

We got there in the afternoon, and spent the entire rest of the day at the beach - seeing as how we had never swam in the ocean, this was big.

The next day included more of the same, we ended the day with another beautiful sunset - oh and released some baby sea turtles into the ocean, no big deal.
