Happy Birthday, Sadie!

Saturday would've been Sadie's 13th birthday ... we typically would've gone to the dog store and picked out a birthday cake dog cookie for her, taken her on at least two walks, and just given her a lot of extra love. Since we can't do those things with her in person, we decided to pick out some birthday balloons for her (and we got some donuts for ourselves). I picked Superheroes and Maida picked Princesses - this should shock no one.

It was a beautiful morning, with a beautiful sunrise, and we're sure Sadie loved her balloons.

Later that morning we headed downtown for the St. Patrick's Day Parade. It was nearly 70 the day before, but our luck ran out for warm weather this morning (our luck ran out ...get it?!).

It was windy and cold!

But we huddled up with our good buddy, Asher
